Need Help?

This is the place to be. We are passionate about our customers so we set up several ways to contact Viovio. Our goal is to provide excellent customer service, so if you have any questions please drop us a note. You will find that we treat all customers with sincerity, respect and dignity.

Our hours are Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm EST

Another great way to communicate is through our forums. We see our forums serving two purposes. First, the forums reflect our community. This is where staff interact, members find peers who share interests, and learn more about Viovio and print-on-demand. We believe the involvement with the community fosters our growth and an overall feeling of being connected.

Secondly, the forums are a great place to receive Customer Support. We encourage questions to be posted to the forums because many times questions can be answered quickly by other community members. Additionally, when a staff member responds to an issue on the forums, the response educates all who view the post.

Ashley, thank you so much for this helpful information. We have not been able to replicate the problem on our end, but I have asked the engineering team to check the crash reports. In the mean time, can you let us know which iPad you are using, the iPad 2 or the New iPad? Also, have you upgraded to the new iOS yet? If not, please upgrade and let us know if that helps.

I have upgraded before all of this started. It was after the upgrade that it stopped exporting and started deleting. I have the new iPad 32gb.

AShley, thank you so much for your reply. We haven't been able to reproduce thi error, but our engineering team is working to figure out what is happening. I know you have some deleted pages, but if you could send us what you have, it would help us diagnose the issue. You can export your file to your iTunes account and send it to us via FTP or Dropbox. FTP instructions here here:

I would send it but I can't export cause the app keeps shutting down when ever I try. I have tried countless times.

Ashley, instead of tapping "Print Book" tap "Export Book" this should send the file to your iTunes account where you can then send it to us. Please let us know if you have trouble with this.

I just installed your iPad app but won't be using it for now. Will you please add the native iOS photo folder as a source for photo books? I really don't want to have to make an intermediate upload to picas or Facebook, etc to build my books. My iPad 3 has fantastic resolution and I noe load all my photos and edit them on my iPad. I would love to be able to create viovio books as my next step.

Hello, Valerie!

You can add the native IOS folder folder as a source. Go to Settings, then Privacy, then Photos and make sure that VIovio is switched to "On".

How to order my book

Hi,
I can not order my book which I made.
How can I order it?
Also,
I want to keep original images not to crop.
How can I do?
If it is not possible, please resize it to fit enough in pages

If you do not want any part of your pages to be trimmed, we recommend using a template with a border. You can see all of our photo book templates here - http://www.viovio.com/designer/list_templates.php

Since we are a print on demand company, we do not alter the files once they are submitted to production.
