Holiday Shipping Schedule

The 2012 Holidays are Here!!!! Hope you are ready to celebrate.

We created this page to keep you informed of delivery schedules and when our annex of Santa's workshop will be closed. We want everyone to get their little goodies in time for celebrating, so as the saying goes "Shop early and beat the rush"!smile

Each order requires a manufacturing period as well as a ship period, please keep that in mind when ordering.

The tables below show average delivery times for Holiday orders. We do not offer shipping insurance. Shipping and production estimates are just that, estimates.

2012 Delivery Schedule:

As a general rule soft cover books are produced within 4-7 business days of your order date. Hardcovers are produced within 5-10 business days of your order date. Therefore, we have two order schedules listed below. Each delivery schedule lists the domestic and international dates necessary to order by in order to receive the package by December 24th.

Please Note: Blizzards, power outages, or more likely file issues with your book do happen, so we recommend you order as soon as possible. The schedule below is a guideline, but is not a guarantee.

Our expedite service is suspended during the holiday season. We will resume this service on January 2, 2012

Expedited delivery for Jan 11?

by E. Scott, Sat 05 of Jan, 2013 (00:52 UTC)
Hello, I would like to print an 8.5 x 11 photo book -- express, soft cover -- and I need it delivered Friday Jan 11. Or Sat Jan 12 at the latest - I'm leaving on Sunday for a 40th birthday celebration and the book is a special gift. If I upload the PDF by Sunday night (Jan 6), can you get it it me in time? I'm in Portland OR, 97209. Thanks for your help! E. Scott

E,

Greetings from Viovio, thank you for your email.

Manufacturing for Hardcover orders runs between 5-10 business days, for Softcovers between 4-7 business days. Manufacturing precedes shipping on all orders and you are given options for shipping that vary from FedEx Overnight to a Supersaver shipping method.

We do offer an expedite service that will increase the manufacturing time to 2 business days. Currently we are only able to expedite Softcovers with Express Photo Paper. You can read all about expediting orders here: http://www.viovio.com/wiki/expedite+

Kathry,

Greetings from Viovio!

Loose pages are quoted as softcover so unfortunately they are included in the past holiday shipping deadline.

Hi,

I was hoping to have a PDF ready to print by Monday, Dec. 13, but I think I won't be able to have it ready by then. I plan to order a Premium Imagewrap Hardback. If I would like to receive the book before January 1, and will pay for the fastest delivery possible (Fedex 2 day), by what date do I need to submit the order/upload the PDF? Thanks

Alex

Alex,

Greetings from Viovio!

Right now our Imagewrap Hardcovers are running around an 8 business day manufacturing time. As with any publishing company manufacturing time precedes shipping on all orders.

If you purchased a 2 day shipping method then you would need to place your order at least 10 business days prior to the date you needed it delivered, HOWEVER this is a rough estimate and the sooner you place the order the more successfully you will ensure your delivery schedule is met.

If you have any further questions please let us know and we will do our best to help!

Kind regards,

Dear Viovio support,

Based on your response to inquiries here you state to allow 10 days for printing and delivery with 2 day Fedex shipping. I placed my order for a soft cover book on 12/14 which based on your calendar should have been sufficient time to get here for Christmas. Not only did it not make it here for Christmas but it is now 12/26 and still has not arrived. I'm very disappointed with your service and the inconsistant information I was given. I never would have paid the additional Fedex charges if there was a chance of not making the delivery date. I hope Viovio will see fit to reimburse for the Fedex shipping charges if and when my delivery ever arrives.

Greetings, Steve!

Your order was placed on the 14th, which was after the holiday shipping deadline for softcovers. I know it is frustrating when holiday gifts do not arrive when expected. I had a few that didn't arrive myself, but we still managed to have a lovely holiday. I see taht you rorder is expected to arrive today.

Please contact us at support@viovio.com if you have any other questions.

Your order form lists "FedEx Home Delivery" as an option, but it is not referenced on this page. Is "FedEx Home Delivery" the same as "Fedex Ground"?

If so, I ordered an Imagewrap Hardback today. Have I missed the cutoff and need to change my shipping preference for a Christmas delivery?

Thank you for the wonderful products you produce!

Greetings, Corey!

If the bok is being shipped in the U.S., you are ok - Fedex Home Delivery and Fedex Ground have similar delivery times. The book should arrive on Dec. 23rd.
