Changing template of page

Hi,

I have been working on a few photo books for a while and suddenly, I cannot change the template of a page any more. I used to be able to click "add templates," which would open a window from which I could drag and drop different templates to different pages. Now, when I click "add templates" or the template link under the page number on the right, nothing happens. What's the issue? I have half of one book done, and essentially now I cannot move forward unless I accept the default template for the remaining pages - which I do not want to do. Please help - I don't want to lose my work and have to start over!

Multiple Book Sizes

I would like to order multiple sizes of the same book. I understood from your website that I only need to pay the $10 fee once to remove Viovio's website branding on the back cover when ordering multiple copies of the same book. However, it shows a separate $10 fee for each size. Is there a way to correct this?

Hello, Kathryn!

The $10 fee is per book, so if you order 10 copies of the same book, you only have to pay the fee once. However, since you are ordering different sizes, they are each individual line items, so the charge will reflect for each of them.

Question about Production/ Shipping

Hello,

I was hoping you could help me with this question. I wanted to try you guys out because Blurb took way too long for books. I think it was 11 business days for a regular book which is silly.

If I wanted to do a custom imagewrap soft cover with premium printing, how soon would I get it? It would be in PDF so I would upload it. I would say theres about 115 pages.

If I send I send out the order say, Wednesday afternoon, when, including shipping time would it get to my doorstep?

I see its 4-7 business days for production but Im trying to figure out exact days, or atleast ballpark, so I can schedule how to complete this book.

Softcovers take 4-7 business days to manufacture. Shipping depends on your location and which method you choose. If you are in the U.S., you can select USPS Media Mail (5-10 business days) USPS Priority (2-3 business days) or Fedex 2 Day or Fedex Overnight.

Hello there. I have no idea how to send you guys a message, so here goes - I'm trying to place an order of a book of yours. I inserted my address and chose my shipment option, but when I press "continue" I find myself back at the address menu. How do I proceed to the payment method??
