That's really something, Joe. My first thought was that you had added color with a wild gradient.

Korean festivals sure are colorful!

Hi Rusty, It is quite colorful here in Korea. This is a night shot and actually being there, it is somewhat darker. In addition, various lights require a different white balance. The blue lights on the upper right railing are LEDs with a daylight white balance and the street lights on the upper left require a tungstun white balance. Together they create a very colorful effect on a DSLR sensor. Maybe that is why I like night photography as much as I do. Glad you like it.

Thank you, Judy. I was a little surprised at how well this turned out. It was a very crowded night and I was not having any luck, always getting the backs of peoples heads. Before going home, I went down into the stream to capture this image. Taken at 4 seconds, moving people dropped back into the shadows. You can see a few off to the right under the blue lit boardwalk.
