If your order total is over $30.00 we offer a flat rate ship cost of $7.99 for international shipping and $1.99 for domestic. This is a very slow ship method so don't use it if you are on a deadline. If time is not an issue then you may want to consider this option.

NOTE:


  • UPS business days are Monday through Friday. Tracking numbers are available for all UPS orders. UPS is not available for Post Office (PO) Boxes. We don't recommend using UPS when shipping to Canada because of the customs charges over which we have no control or influence.
  • USPS business days are Monday through Saturday. USPS customers receive a Delivery Confirmation number for each package. All orders addressed to an APO or FPO (military mail) or Post Office Box must be shipped via a USPS method.
  • International packages are delivered via the postal service of the destination country. Viovio cannot ship to international PO Boxes.
  • These times are estimates and may be affected by factors over which Viovio has no control. These factors include incorrect delivery address, customs delays and Post Office delivery restrictions. Orders which are affected by these factors tend to arrive in 5-6 weeks, and Viovio will take no action on these orders during that time.
  • Any duties or taxes levied against packages arriving from outside the destination country are determined by local Customs and Immigration agencies and are the responsibility of the recipient. Viovio cannot be held responsible for any costs.

I haven't tried printing pixtures in double sided. are both sides will have the same quality?

Let's see, I don't think people understand the option to remove the Viovio logo. The Viovio logo is printed on the back cover or last page of each book. You can put it in one of 9 locations, (top, center, bottom & left, center or right). You can add your own logo to appear on the back of the book or last page of the book if you would like.

There are two ways to ensure NO Viovio logo will appear on the back of your book.
1) become a professional member and the viovio logo is removed from all your books. Here is a link to the page that gives information on the professional membership
2) on a per order basis you can pay $10 plus $2.50 per book to remove the logo from those particular books. This option is selected at checkout.

This is completely an option — NOT a requirement
