I want to cancel my order, what do I need to do?
Because we offer real time production we are able to cancel orders while they are in the PROCESSING status. After your order moves to a FULFILLING status we are not able to cancel. So if you need to adjust any orders please do send us a note when it is still in the PROCESSING status and we are happy to help.Will the pages in my book be printed on both sides (back to back)?
The default is to print on both sides of a piece of paper just like a novel. We offer single sided printing which is selected during the book maker process - just check the "1-Sided Printing" box.What shipping methods do you offer within North America?

USPS business days are Monday through Saturday. All orders addressed to an APO or FPO (military mail) must be shipped via a USPS method.
What shipping methods do you offer outside North America?
- International (2 - 3 weeks)
- International Express (7-14 days)
International packages are delivered via the postal service of the destination country. We cannot ship to international PO Boxes.
These times are estimates (not guarantees). They may be affected by factors over which we have no control(i.e.incorrect delivery address, customs delays, or Post Office delivery restrictions). Orders which are affected by these factors tend to arrive within 5-6 weeks, and we will take no action on these orders prior to that time. Additionally, we have found that orders shipping to Asia can take up to 10 weeks for delivery.
NOTE: Any duties or taxes levied against packages arriving from outside the destination country are determined by local Customs and Immigration agencies and are the responsibility of the recipient. We cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred by the purchaser or recipient of orders due to non-delivery of packages or late shipment deliveries.
After I place my order how long will it take before my book ships?
When you purchase an order on, the amount of time it takes for you to receive your purchase varies. It depends on the format you select (for example, photo book or print) and the shipping method you choose. If your order stays in a FULFILLING status for longer than the stated fulfillment time, please send a note to support@viovio.com prompting us to research for you.Viovio is print on demand company, so manufacturing precedes shipping on all orders. Softcovers typically print in about 4-7 business days. Hardcovers take a little longer, about 7-10 business days. If you you have a larger order (20+ books) the manufacturing time could increase.
You will receive e-mail notification from us when the item ships. If you feel your shipment time has been exceeded, please check the correct address for the order. Many times orders are returned to us with undeliverable addresses. You can find the shipping address in your order receipt email or by checking your order in your account.

You can easily get a price quote for your project by visiting our product catalog here: http://www.viovio.com/wiki/Catalog We have created a Quick Book Quote that is available to you on this page. This automatically calculates the bulk discount into the the price quote!
All you will need to do is enter in the amount of pages that are in your project, as well as the number of copies of the project you will order. Then look below, select the appropriate green ratio tab for the product you need, find the binding type and paper type combination that are interested in, and the price quote will be located there for you on the right.
This is a great tool because it allows you to try different combinations in order to find the product and price that best fits your needs!
Ship time and cost depend on the ship to address, weight of package, and most importantly ship method selected. Thus, it is not possible to provide an accurate ship cost. If you have the product in your account you can add it to your cart and view all the ship method(time) options that will be available for you without having to complete the checkout process or give us credit card information.

We are able to expedite your order as long as the paper option you choose is the premium paper! We can also expedite orders that are Softcover with the standard Express silk paper. We cannot expedite Wire-O bound books.
Viovio is a print on demand company therefore manufacturing precedes shipping on all orders. Standard manufacturing times vary from 4-10 business days depending on the type of book ordered and current volume.
Expedited orders have a manufacturing time of 2 business days from the date the order is placed by 3:30EST. You can determine the method that you wish to get your order to you in the time frame you desire by choosing to expedite your order and selecting an express shipping method that's most appropriate to your needs.
Our expedite fee is 25% of the order total and is a manual process.
Order notes are created during the order process after you place your book in your cart. There is a field titled "Special Instructions or Comments About Your Order" under the ship method option spot. Just put your note there that you wish to expedite your order and you approve the 25% fee and we will contact you if we have questions.

We do offer a ship cost estimator. All you need to do is put your book in your shopping cart and click the Get an Instant Shipping Quote! link at the bottom of the page.
If your order total is over $30.00, we offer a flat rate ship cost of $7.99 for international shipping and $1.99 for domestic. This is a very slow ship method so don't use it if you are on a deadline. If time is not an issue then you may consider that option.
