Casewrap Hardcover

Our casewrap photo books are constructed using the highest quality pre-cut casewrap boards and also are bound on a computer-controlled adhesive binding machine. The casebound binding service offers a spine lining sheet which is applied inside the front and back cover and secures the fold over of the cover sheet. Covers are laminated and pages are hot-glued to the cover, which again is ideal for all of our on-demand products.

• Quick binding Viovio's quick binding service is available for hardcover books. This service offers creators a reasonably priced, durable and attractive binding option that is easy and fast. Covers are laminated and pages are hot-glued to the cover for a durable spine. The casewrap cover is designed to hold between 20 and 120 pages. Production time is 7 business days and available ship methods are USPS, UPS or FedEx. Here is a picture of quick binding.

• Pro binding. Viovio's Pro binding service is also available for hardcover books. This service takes the quick binding service to the next level by stitching the interior pages and notching the spine which increases the spine surface area for gluing. The case wrap cover offers a variable spine width so your page count will determine the size casewrap used to bind your book. This results in a more professional look to your books, and an upper page count of 160 pages. Production time is 14 business days and available ship methods are USPS or UPS.Here is a picture of pro binding. The professional binding option is an additional $3.99 per book.

If you are uploading single images (layouts) to a photo gallery and using the Viovio Bookmaker, you can upload any size square image. Just try to make it as close to 12"x12" (or your preferred book size) as possible and the Bookmaker will do the rest for you.
