A "town in a city", this funky little area of Raleigh is defined by it's relationship to the intersection of Glenwood Avenue, Whitaker Mill and Fairview. Just about anything you need can be found at this interesting place - from Lilly's Pizza to an art flick at the Rialto Theatre.
