Domail, also known as Domel, is a village in the Jand Tehsil of Attock District, Punjab), Pakistan. It is located at 33°32'19N 72°11'38E and has an altitude of 361 metres (1187 feet),1 it is about 45 kilometres south-west of the city of Attock. The population of the village is more than 25,000. Domel is famous due to its very fine quality of peanut, wheat and grams. At the south side of the village there is a big ground where a weekly mandi (place to buy and sell animals) took place. The village is also known for the land of "Khatters".
The village has a very good quality of underground water and its level below surface is 55-75 feet. Though Domel has no special water resources, due to low underground level there is no problem of water.
Domel has its own railway station (Domel Railway Station) on main line of the Attock–Multan railway track situated about 1.5 km from the village.
Domel is situated in middle of the Pindi-Kohat road and the Attock Mithial link road To the East there is the town of Mithial, while to the west there are the villages Pindi Serhal, Rungli and the Tehsil Jand, on its north side there is Thatta Village and Nara, while on its south side there is a village of Pind Sultani located on the main Pindi-Kohat Highway.
Because of its situation Domel acts as a central hub of all the economic activities in the area. The village has a government high schools both for boys and girls and also several primary schools. Domel has a government hospital.
In local elections Domel is included in the Union Council of Thatta. The last Local elections were held in 2005. Representatives are Sardar Nadeem Khan from Thatta and the Naib Nazim is Sardar Ashraf Atif of Domail.
