Talk about a mix bag, Shandy's takes the cake. If you are looking for an eccletic mix themed nightspot, Shandy's will leave you scratching your head. Located between Mark St. and Phillips Ave., its exterior appearance is striking, daring and a little bizarre
(think of Antoni Gaudi after a few too many martinis). Strings in the title is not what one may think. If you are wanting Spanish guitar, fiddling or string ensemble, you may be disappointed. Strings is in reference to their Drag Queen Karaoke Thong contest.

Shandy's has a seperate more intimate room housing its Mime theater. All of Shandy's mimes are retired circus chimpanzees taught to imitate popular big-haired 80's rock bands. Words can not describe one's experience after a night at Shandy's it will either make you drink more or laugh like there is no tomorrow.
