A 250 people-coastal community in the Northeast coast of the Samana Bay, Dominican Republic, dedicated to fishery and ecotourism, specially humpback whale watching from January to March every year. A project for sustainable tourism is being implemented there sponsored by UNDP and GEF Small Grant program and directed by Programa EcoMar, Inc.
