I was so disappointed with Dakota Grill! I thought I found a cool little out of the way place . Boy was I wrong 4 out of 4 orders came out wrong. We sent them back got the nastiest looks and then they still came back to us wrong again. Then the lady that took our order came out she gave us a nasty attitude and said she had read the order back to us and we said it was right. Well I said if you did then it would have been right then. That's when the manager/Owner came in to the picture and I told him I wanted our money back and we were going somewhere else. All the while the cashier was saying she put the order in right... the Owner said " No I'm sure you did"
Then while tossing a menu at me he said " People Just Need To Learn How To Order!"
Needless to say I will Never GO Back!

Our waitress was rude and trassy to say the least. I will never go back!!!!

Great Service - Great Food

Dakota Grill has some of the best service and best food that i've had in quite some time. It's a very friendly and homey feeling place with a very friendly staff and super good bison burgers. I go there often and have only had great experiences with both the staff and the owners. Customer service is alive at this place and that is a very rare thing.

I have been going there for a few years and they have always been friendly. My orders have always come out correct and the food is delicious.

You need to learn how to order and not go out to eat if you are that big of a retard.
