This book summarizes three waves of a Delphi survey conducted in 2010 which engaged over 200 long-term care Culture Change stakeholders in the exploration and generation of various assertions for transformative change, their priority, and their implications for practice. In addition, this book briefly discusses a Think Tank which challenged an expert panel to devise a definition for the household model in long-term care.
