Journaling: Living in a successful wine region has its advantages. I have met so many talented winemakers and come to appreciate wine more than I ever used to. Our main meal is at midday, and following local tradition, I pour myself a morning glass of white wine as I start cooking lunch. The fine aromas of peaches, honey, grass, flowers and exotic fruits accompany me as I cook and often inspire me to new experiments in cooking. And sometimes, just sometimes, I sacrifice some of it to put in the food. Good dishes, after all, result from the best ingredients!

Glad you both liked it. I would love to have either of you stop by if ever in Italy!! Remember, I am in the "uncivilized" north, though!

Reka, I love your layout AND the sentiment of the word art! I'll bet you are a great cook - just another reason for me to come to Italy to visit you - that, and the wine!

Awesome page, Reka.....love your journaling. When you see the template I prepared for tomorrow's Tuesday Template Tag, you're going to think I copied your layout. I promise I didn't.........I made it last week.
