Paper Quality

Could I have more information about the type of paper used for these loose scrapbook pages? It says premium, but does it print matte? Is it durable card stock or glossy photo paper?

Uploading from My Memories Suite 3

by Diane, Mon 10 of Sep, 2012 (16:25 UTC)
I would like to upload completed pages from My Memories Suite 3 for 12x12 loose page printing. They can be in a JPEG, PNG or PDF format. Is that possible?

Diane,

Greetings from Viovio!

JPG's are preferable, and will work great!

You can begin by creating a gallery and uploading your pages as jpg's into it: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NW_Myn_MrXQ&list=UUgWmJwU2t0SRxjGkHaEVzGA&index=9&feature=plcp

Once the pictures are in a Gallery you can easily make them press ready by using either the Book Machine: http://www.viovio.com/bookmachine/ which is very fast!

Or you can lay them onto pages using the Book Designer: http://www.viovio.com/designer/ http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T8tYeAo9MOY&list=UUgWmJwU2t0SRxjGkHaEVzGA&index=18&feature=plcp

With either the Book Machine or the Designer, just make sure you leave any cover aspects blank since you are not purchasing a bound book.

If you have any questions along the way please let us know here or at support@viovio.com and we'll do our best to help!

Best,

Greetings, Kate!

If your pages are saved as a single press ready PDF you can upload it here: http://www.viovio.com/products/pdf/

If they are not you will need to start by creating a gallery and uploading your pages as jpg's into it: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NW_Myn_MrXQ&list=UUgWmJwU2t0SRxjGkHaEVzGA&index=9&feature=plcp

Once the pictures are in a Gallery you can easily make them press ready by using either the Book Machine: http://www.viovio.com/bookmachine/ which is very fast!

Or you can lay them onto pages using the Book Designer: http://www.viovio.com/designer/

With either the Book Machine or the Designer, just make sure you leave any cover aspects blank since you are not purchasing a bound book.

Once you get to Step 3 you can review your pages by clicking the Layout Preview. This will also show you your content in comparison to the crop guides: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E8Ksz1k8Djs&list=UUgWmJwU2t0SRxjGkHaEVzGA&index=3&feature=plcp

From there you can purchase by clicking "Buy Now"

loose pages....

by sharon Kasel, Thu 31 of Mar, 2011 (03:02 UTC)
Hi there....quick question.

Planning a HUGE 40th (300+friends) for a friend. I want to create one of your premium 12x12 books for her so friends can sign it at the actual party. If I want to add pages to the book afterwards (I want to add all the birthday pictures from the event) to the orginial book is this the best way to do it??

thx for any or all of your suggestions to make this look incredibly professional.

Sharon,

Greetings from viovio and thanks for your interest.

I would suggest ordering loose pages and then buying a book cover at your local target or scrapbook store to use as binding :)
