I just received my first picture book here in Barbados and I am so very pleased with it.
I really was not sure what to expect as this is the first one I have done, but I am very very pleased. I have tried several other web sites before Viovio and just could not get them to work. Viovio is very user friendly and best yet, was when I did send an email asking for the address to change, there was a live human being on the other end.
Great service and updates as to the delivery of the book. I have subsequently done two other books which are being processed now. I am so excited!! - Linda W.6/2012

Thank you viovio! My order from another photobook company was placed more than two weeks ago... still not arrived. Paid $26 for basic US/Canada post shipping.
A recent viovio order has been shipped using FedEx, which I can track easily. Paid $18 for shipping.
I also appreciated viovio's personal service. When one of the photos I had chosen was not of good enough quality to be at its best for the front cover of my book, I was sent a personal email by one of viovio's staff. Another photobook company only sends "form letter" emails, and did not comment on that same photo when I used it.
It's an open and shut case.... VIOVIO's the way to go! - Wendy

You provide a great service - ordinarily just the set-up fees would have made it prohibitive for me to have produced a low number of books. The regular printer I use has a minimum of 2,000 pieces. I also appreciate the friendly support staff. :) — SN
Everyone that I've shown the books to has been extremely impressed and we all agree that it's a much better way to keep photos than either printing a bunch of 4x6's or having a load of them just sitting on the computer. I am also looking forward to the square layout and I'm glad to hear that it's going to be available in the softcover as well. — Cathy L^
