Is it possible to see our public page the way other people see it ? I use Myspace, and I have my main site I send and recieve messages, and do editting, but I'm given an url so I can see the page I created just like anybody else who comes across it.

Posted: Sun 10 of Feb, 2008 (17:54 UTC),ok, I just got my book from winkflash. Pretty nice for $20 + $5 shipping, but I'd be very very unhappy for the their normal price of $60 + shipping. Many of the photos were incredibly dark. I wasn't able to preview how it would actually look (like on this site) and since I didn't want to page through 100 pages (having to load them one by one) I didn't catch a few mistakes. So, I am even more happy with the books I get here.
Also, about people asking questions... I think maybe some do not utilize the search and help function.

Posted: Fri 01 of Feb, 2008 (22:55 UTC),I think the layout of this site has improved greatly since I first started having books made here. I've had books done at Kodak, MyPublisher, and Shutterfly. All of them had quirks that drove me nuts from time to time.
But at least I know Viovio listens to their customers and are trying to improve things.

I just used another book maker and kept thinking, thank goodness I have viovio. It's so cheap and easy compared to what I just went through! I just had a MISERABLE experience using winkflash.com. There system was down on and off the 2 days I used it to create a book, and I could never figure out how to add a page so in my 100 pg book if I had missed a page - too bad (could never find the answer in FAQ!)! I was using their service because they had a special on a hardcover 8 x 10 (100 pg limit) for $19.95. If it hadn't been on special it would have been almost $60. When you are making your book and want to go to page 27 when you are on page 87 you must manually go down each page to get to it. The frustrations were endless. I think because alot of the other sites don't have really obvious forums, you are not going to see people's questions and gripes. Here we are allowed to post them so often times people may not go to viovio's help section. So I get confused when people talk about other sites being so easy to navigate, and how easy it is to put together a book etc... I wonder if they are on the same sites I am! And I don't work for viovio.

Oh...and yes, the quality of the books is great :)

But ........ I had forgotton how TERRIBLE the website is to navigate and how poorly designed the bookmaking process is compared to (pretty much ALL) VIOVIO competitors !!!!
Sorry guys but sort out what should be a pleasurable experience ......... look at all the people how are asking questions that shouldn't need to asked!
