If that is the case, then I think that your shipping calculator is broken in that it does not recognize any maximum order price. I was playing around with it and entered an order for 1,000 copies of a randomly selected book - 48 boxes of just under 50 lbs. each - and the Internation Super-Saver shipping cost still showed as being only $4.99. A terrific deal but I doubt that you would honor it!
