I believe what is going here is that the book has not been properly regenerated, and this is why you're not seeing the updated project in the previews.
It is important each time you want to review an edit (or edits) that you've made in Step 1 at the Previews in Step 3, to first consecutively click through each of the Steps - (Step 1, then Step 2, then Step 3) in order to properly regenerate (re-save) the file.

I have been working on this book for quite sometime now and noticed that the pictures on the left side of the screen (Edit)are in the order that I have put them after going into Page Layout and dragging and dropping....but when I go to FLIP view some of the pages are not even there and they are not in the same layout as the edit or the page layout view....can you advise me how to correct what I have so that I can see it in the flip preview as I need to see what I currently have so I can place an order? Thanks in advance for your help with this.
