How Can I Get AHard Cover For My Text Book
Posted:Tue 19 of Jun, 2012 (23:55 UTC)Hello. I am publishing an all text novel. I uploaded my 6x9 pdf, my covers, and when I went to purchase the book I was only given soft cover options.
So I went back and saw that my chosen size of 6x9 was only offered in softcover. So I changed the size of my pdf and uploaded a 8.5x11 size pdf with covers and again I got only softcover options.
My book has 480 pages. How can I get this into a hardcover? Is it the size that is the problem? The number of pages?
