Judy is correct, if you scan to .jpg then you don't need to worry about embedding the fonts (that is only for PDF files)

Are you scanning the pages as jpegs? This should be an option on your printer. Check and see what file extension you are getting i.e. pdf, gif, jpg, etc... It is easiest to upload a jpeg. Also, what resolution are you setting your scanner to?

Scan problems..

I am making a yearbook, which I have put together as scrapbook pages (text and photos) which I am simply scanning as one page, then want to upload.
The VioVio is telling my as I try to upload to embed the fonts.
This does not seem to be an option on my scanner.. is there another way I can achieve this?? without spending a fortune??
