Our softcover book formula is $4.99 base + .25 per page. So the cost for a 20 page softcover book would be $4.99 + (.25 * 20) = $9.99
Our casewrap hardcover book formula is $14.99 base + .25 per page + 15% for the digital silk paper. So the cost for a 20 page case wrap hardcover book would be $14.99 + (.25 * 20) = $19.99 + 15% = $22.99
The 11x8.5 die-cut book formula is $14.99 base + .35 per page + 15% for the digital silk paper. So the cost for a 20 page case wrap hardcover book would be $14.99 + (.35 * 20) = $21.99 + 15% = $25.89 The 11x8.5 is only available as the die-cut hardcover. If you want 11x8.5 as a spiral bound product it would be a CALENDAR. 11x8.5 is not available as a softcover.

It is a 5 by 8 book with approx. 8 small photos, and 65 pages with one blank readers note page at the end of each chapter. How do I calculate the cost of you doing my book in a hardcover and would it help to send a copy of the book.
