The door issue is resolved now and your book should build fine now. We are using a third party software tool to collate images into a PDF, and unfortunately it has a problem related to the large number of images now on Viovio. The door is actually a test image that was uploaded very early on, and that image was being shown due to a parameter truncation issue. We are doing our best to work around and are working around the clock to get a solution in place.
Lance, I see 12 emails in your recent support queue, so it appears communications are working.
Also, we have a brand new drag and drop bookmaker coming REAL SOON NOW, however this latest hiccup has thrown a monkey wrench in the schedule.

Posted: Fri 10 of Oct, 2008 (14:34 UTC),I had this exact same problem - this website is very poorly designed - the whole bookmaking process is extremely difficult???? I tried doing individual jpegs but is it easier to upload a whole book in PDF format?

Why am I still getting other peoples pictures when I create my book. Does this mean someone else is getting my copyrighted images? I asked your support people about this the last time it happened, they never got back to me. Is this happening to others? Have you made your book, do the preview and it comes up with someone else's images? My clients would not be happy about this at all.
