Negative or Positive Captivating Capiz

What I am wondering right now is which of the captivating Capiz blogs from different places in the Philippines spread on the internet that is better to be promoted to the whole world? Is it the negative image describing some mythical creatures of the unknown that is labeled to residents of Capiz or the positive point of view about the province that is more attractive? In my personal opinion, blogger in Capiz or from Philippines should sell their place by describing the good nature of the province not the bad and untrue negative facts. They should continue to stick on the "captivating Capiz" battle cry.

That's why I am trying to make sure that every single post I made for Capiz, it should sound positively and tried to make it well-written. Hope other bloggers understand this point of mine.
