Suggestion for improvement

Viovio is a fantastic service and the first photobook that I printed a year ago turned out great and the customer service is faster. I have since printed a second book and I'm eagerly awaiting its arrival.

But if I could offer a suggestion for improvement - I find the overall structure and navigation of the viovio.com website to be incredibly user friendly. As the viovio community grows, I would strongly recommend the team to have a look at how the site can be re-designed to be more intuitive and user friendly.

I think the wiki format doesn't work for a site such as this.

wiki explanation

I tend to agree with this posting, Chris(s).
But I have noticed some well done (what I thought were wiki) travel posts that include photos.
Perhaps what we need are just some pointers on how to put the wiki page together, say similar to what you wrote up for making a book from InDesign (which worked great by the way.) I would like to just be able to add one of my photos to the body of the text, for example.
I am not sure what "wiki" is.
As an alternative, can you put the travel location pages together using html?
Thanks, ....... Dave R

Hi Christopher,

Thanks for coming back! I'm happy to say I couldn't agree more and today is the day we finally put this onto the top of the priority queue. We have been working on productivity and scalability for most of the year, most of that has settled down now.

We have a special email queue for site improvements we have been collecting. If you have any suggestions, please email us or post a comment.

Thanks!
